Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Warranties related to specific project deliverables are defined in the applicable service agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the applicable service agreement.
